Sane Mashhad manufacturing co. was founded in 1980 on a land with the area of 4500 square meters and was officially established on 1978 and following the urgent need of the country to implement water and irrigation projects with the goal of producing various types of polyethylene pipes In 1992 this company started production of polyethylene.
At the moment, the company is using 5 different production lines to produce 16 mm sized pipes up to 450 mm at all pressure classes specified in the national standard of Iran.
This company is currently using the most advanced world technology and using the greatest domestic machinery and including 5 production lines with 7300 tons annual production capacity of single-layer polyethylene pipes for active water supply and irrigation, is also ready to produce single-wall polyethylene pipes based on the consumer’s technical specification requirements.
All production lines are equipped with the most advanced weight control unit (integrated gravimetric system), and also well as masterbatch dosing system for precise control the rate of adding masterbatch to raw materials.
The advanced cutting equipment of this company performs the cutting of pipes with no dust in a perfectly vertical and smooth surface, which facilitates the process of pipes welding and connecting.
